My Communications Campaign Planning course in Australia challenged me to pick an Australian organization, create a communications campaign for it and pitch my final campaign to the class.

The organization that I picked is a small non-profit located in Brisbane, Australia called Slow Food Brisbane. This organization is passionate about preserving local food culture and educating people about food. They are strong supporters of local and/or organic food and my campaign was centered around their beliefs about the food people should be eating.
